Maggie Wagner

She/Her

Barbara teaches Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga at Danja. Her classes move at a slower pace and have a mind calming vibe and she never disappoints. She's one of the kindest and most nurturing people you'll meet and the guide you'll want to accompany you on your journey of self-care. She generally teaches the classes you'll want to treat yourself to if you're craving rest or having a tough day. Her classes are nurturing and at times she offers essential oils and optional Reiki. People leave her classes feeling taken care of and rested. Her classes are accessible to beginners and no experience is required!

A former professional ballet dancer who turned to Pilates to strengthen and prevent injury, Maggie found a passion for sharing the methodology with others. Practicing Pilates for over 15 years and teaching for nearly 7 years, her classes focus on alignment and placement so that clients have the tools to carry their Pilates practice into their daily lives.

I really believe in the Pilates methodology and enjoy sharing that with others so they can find ways to weave Pilates into everything they do.

I have a Power Pilates Systems 1 and Core Mat I and II certifications.

The people! Everyone is lovely and welcoming and the staff fosters a great environment for inward reflection and growth.

Take your Pilates practice off the mat! What ways can you bring the ideas that we discuss in class to your daily life like walking, sitting and your other forms of exercise?

I am a big fan of Neck Pull. It is a great abdominal challenge and a good spinal massage!

Return to Life by Joseph M. Pilates.

I speak German.

I am very passionate about ballet/dance and arts accessibility!
