Hi, I'm Erin DeMario!
Erin was introduced to yoga in 2006, and it changed her life - she can’t imagine living without it! Erin is a student first and a teacher second. She completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training in the style of power yoga in 2016. From there, she expanded her vision and practice and now teaches a variety of yoga styles. Erin can be found teaching slow flow, power yoga, restorative yoga, accessible/chair yoga, kids/family yoga, and prenatal yoga. Erin became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012 and a Certified Birth Doula in 2020. She loves helping people feel good in their bodies, making genuine connections, and the power of linking movement and breath together.
