Hi, I'm Kimberly Reynolds!
Kim has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama became a way to calm her anxiety and also served as a way to cope with all the feelings of being a single parent. Kim decided she wanted to help other people and introduce them to yoga as a tool to help with anxiety and depression. In 2015, Kim began teaching after receiving her 200-hour certification from Thank Yoga in Columbus. She continued her studies and obtained her 300-hour certification from Burn Within Yoga. As a 500-hour teacher, Kim continues her studies and enjoys learning new styles of yoga and other modalities that complement her teaching. In 2020, Kim became a Reiki Master, studying under Barbara Held. She is currently training in Power Yoga for Sports under Gwen Laurence. Kim’s goal is for students to leave her class in a more mindful, self-accepting, and caring state than when they arrived.
