Hi, Matthew Bower!
Matthew completed his 200-Hour training with Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee through their Studio, Yoga Shanti. He is passionate about health and wellness and finds the benefits of yoga significant in his personal life, both on and off the mat. He finds that yoga gives his mind a chance to rest and allows him to be truly present. The sense of serenity and contentment yoga brings keeps him engaged and eager to continue learning and practicing. Matt’s goal when teaching is for his students to experience the peace, strength, and joy yoga has brought to him and, most of all, to have fun.
