Hi, Melanie Mack!
Melanie was first introduced to yoga in college, but has been consistently practicing for two years. She was initially drawn to yoga as a means of physical exercise but was soon captivated by the deeper benefits. Yoga helps her to de-stress, calm her mind, and gives her tools to deal with life off the mat. Above all, yoga helps her to love her body and celebrate all the things that it can do. Melanie loves that yoga is perfect for all bodies and is excited to use her teaching to make yoga fun and inclusive for everyone. Melanie earned her 200-hour teacher training from Namaste In Love in Gahanna, Ohio in December 2020.
Melanie was born and raised in South Florida and has lived in Columbus for 8 years. Her cat, Rue, is the love of her life. Her fiancé, Lee, is pretty cool too. When not on the mat, Melanie enjoys reading, sewing, and attempting recipes she found on Pinterest.
