Hi, I'm Michele Hoppe!

Michele discovered yoga in 2011 after taking classes in Forrest Yoga (a slow vinyasa practice). The focus on breath linked with movement was unlike anything she had ever experienced. From this newfound place of mindfulness, she was inspired to pursue a more serious yoga practice. After developing her practice for several years, Michele decided that the next phase of her yoga journey was to become a teacher. Michele completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2016. Since graduating, she has completed iRest Level 1 training and is also certified as a stand-up paddleboard yoga instructor. Michele has a Master's Degree in Social Work and by day works as a licensed social worker assisting seniors. Her passion is planning a creative yoga sequence that incorporates therapeutic modalities, weaving physical practice with a focus on creating greater well being.
