Hi, I'm Nathan Simbeck!
Nathan began practicing yoga regularly in 2017 and quickly fell in love after realizing the benefits for the mind, body, and soul. Since embracing the newfound confidence and self-love that he experienced on the mat, he strives to help others take charge of their own journey. In 2018 he completed his 200-hour teacher training specializing in vinyasa. He believes anything is possible with breath and he uses this mantra both on and off the mat to navigate both the practice and life.
