Hi, I'm Shayla Krecklow!

Shayla is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga teacher with an emphasis on slower vinyasa sequences She intentionally focuses on creating an empowering, inclusive, and safe environment through theming and providing modifications and options for poses during class. Her goal is to foster all students' curiosity and connection to self through exploration of breath, body, and poses. She aims to support students in celebrating their bodies and befriending their minds through acceptance and non-judgment. In her full-time job, she is a clinical mental health counselor. While not teaching, Shayla enjoys riding her bicycle, being in nature through hiking and backpacking, and reading many good books.
