Hi, I'm Zachary Swartz!

As a 200-Hour certified yoga teacher and Operating Room Nurse, Zachs passion is to use knowledge from each realm to inform the other. He teaches vinyasa yoga classes that incorporate mindfulness, compassion, and precise detail to alignment to provide a safe and caring environment for students to explore their practice. He believes it is important to listen to his students and incorporate their needs in every yoga class. Having worked in the high stress, fast-paced realm of healthcare, Zach understands the demands that work can place on people and their bodies. Yoga, especially of the restorative variety that he is so passionate about, offers significant benefits for such demands. He also believes that it is important to remember the lighter side of life and makes the experience of yoga something that is satisfying and fun! Outside of teaching yoga, he is an avid reader and is always looking for the next book to immerse himself in. He loves to cook and bake, wander around the city and enjoy what Columbus has to offer.
