I was never an athlete but always loved to move my body. I felt so good after my first yoga class and wanted to explore yoga more for myself and, i always had a passion for helping people, I saw how yoga could help people feel better physically and mentally so I dove into teacher training. I have never regretted this decision.
I have my E-RYT 500 and YACEP as well as Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, ChildLight Yoga Certification and Reiki Master.
I value the philosophy of Danja of trauma informed offerings and making yoga accessible to all. Daniel and Jake make everyone feel welcome and have created a beautiful studio space.
Do not do anything that hurts or that doesn't feel right in your body.
Legs over a chair allows my body and mind to rest for a few minutes and I always feel more energized when I get up.
