We are thrilled to welcome you to our community of dedicated yogis! Our mission is to help you feel at home in your body and find peace in your mind through the practice of yoga. We believe in the power of community and are committed to sharing our years of practice and study with you. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, we have something for everyone. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow in your practice. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
Our team includes experts in a variety of styles and practices, all with a trauma-empowered perspective to ensure that every student feels safe and supported in their practice. From power vinyasa to restorative yoga, we've got you covered.
Although we began practicing yoga to become more flexible and counteract the stiffness acquired from repetitive gym workouts, we soon began to appreciate the mental benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
Basing our teaching approach on personal experience, we’ve developed a reputation for making yoga approachable to a diverse population of people including athletes and trauma survivors. We know the fear and apprehension in trying out something new and not being able to reach for our toes. We also know that feeling of emotional release that takes place during a yoga class when everything seems to come together and emotional healing begins.
We’ve built Danja Yoga on empowering others and are honored and excited to share the tools that have helped us, both physically and mentally, with others.

DIRECTOR OF TAIL WAGS AND TREAT RETENTION
Furry friends can make any office feel like home, and our studio is no exception! Meet Enzo, our certified Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and office dog. Enzo is always close by, whether it's lounging near Daniel's desk or supervising yoga classes from behind the mat. He's a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog that came to use through a rescue organization.
As much as we love having Enzo around, we understand that not everyone may be comfortable around dogs. If you have allergies or any concerns, please don't hesitate to send us an email. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and welcome in our studio.
