Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Meditation

Kelly Locker

She/Her

Kelly has been a student of yoga and Kundalini for years. She doesn't just teach yoga – she lives it. What you'll like most about her classes is how she'll take you on a journey through her studies and personal practice. There's a deep authenticity in how she teaches. She's passionate about Kundalini and teaches one of the only Kundalini classes in Columbus. She believes everyone could benefit from Kundalini and makes it approachable for all. You'll feel like you're taking class with a friend as Kelly is energetic and whimsical. She's a balanced blend of knowledge, compassion, and fun.

A yoga student for nearly 20 years, Kelly's journey began with a foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. In 2015, she completed a 200-hour certification through YogaWorks in Bali, Indonesia. Her training was deeply rooted in yogic philosophy with a focus on creative and alignment-based sequencing. Kelly's own personal practice has been heavily inspired by Kundalini, Bhakti, and Kriya Yoga. She's spent the last several years diving into the more subtle aspects of yoga through a daily practice of meditation, pranayama, and mantra. Kelly's classes combine the fluid movement of Vinyasa Flow, the balancing elements of Hatha Yoga, and the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga. Her goal is to provide an accessible, well-balanced, and transformative journey through time and space using movement, mantra, and meditation.

The profound experiences that I had on my own journey. Yoga and meditation completely transformed my life (in some of the best ways!) and I just knew in my soul that I had to share these teachings with others so they could experience that, too!

Focus on how the pose feels, rather than how it looks.

I have 2! Cat & Cow 😉 I love the energizing and rejuvenating quality of moving in and out of cat & cow. If you come to my class, you can expect to do some variation of these poses!
